Straightforward Privacy: We only keep your data long enough to complete the service you hired us for. After that, we securely delete it within 7 days. No data hoarding. No exceptions.

1. Our 7-Day Deletion Rule

We use encrypted email and secure service providers to receive your documents. Within 7 days after we deliver your audit, your resume, target job postings, and related email thread are permanently deleted from our systems.

2. What We Collect

• Email address: To communicate with you and deliver your audit.
• Resume and job postings: To perform the ATS audit.
• Payment information: Processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or your BTC wallet. We do not store your credit card information.

3. What We Will Never Do

• We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information.
• We will never use your resume to train public AI models.
• We will never send marketing spam.

4. Internal AI Use

Where AI tools are used internally during our Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) review process, they are configured for zero data retention whenever available and are used only to assist with the audit you requested.

5. Refunds

If our audit does not meet your expectations, email audit@stoicresume.com within 7 days of receiving your report for a full refund.

6. GDPR and Your Rights

If you are located in the EU or UK, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data before the standard 7-day deletion window. To make such a request, contact us by email.
